Our Studio
Connected Yoga is a welcoming yoga studio located in Port Stanley, Ontario. A small beach town where community, connection, and wellbeing come together.
Our studio embraces the natural elements — earth, water, air, and sun — creating a peaceful environment where students can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and move with intention.

Connected Yoga was created as a space where people can feel supported and comfortable in their practice.
Regardless of age, experience level, body type, or background, there is a yoga practice for everyone. Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to your practice, you'll find a calm and encouraging environment where you can move at your own pace.
Located at 216 Joseph Street in Port Stanley, just off the Kettle Creek Inn parking lot, Connected Yoga is a place where students gather to practice, explore, socialize, and connect.
At the heart of the studio is Miriam Kleinsasser, whose passion for yoga helps shape the welcoming and supportive atmosphere students experience each time they step onto the mat.

“To create a calm, supportive space where students can slow down, tune in, and reconnect with themselves.”

Our Philosophy
At Connected Yoga, our intention is to create a space where people feel safe to be themselves.
Yoga here is not about perfection or competition. It’s about listening to your body, connecting with your breath, and allowing space for both strength and stillness.
Our instructors are here to guide, support, and encourage you through your practice. Whether you're seeking movement, relaxation, community, or simply a moment of calm in a busy day, there is a practice here for you.
We believe that when we move together, breathe together, and support one another, we strengthen not only our bodies but our sense of connection.
Because at the heart of Connected Yoga is a simple belief:
We are all connected.

Meet Our Instructors
Our Connected Yoga is guided by a team of passionate instructors who share a commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for every student.
Each teacher brings their own background, experience, and teaching style, offering a variety of practices that support strength, flexibility, relaxation, and mindfulness.
We encourage students to explore different classes and instructors, discovering what resonates most with their body and practice.

MIRIAM KLEINSASSER
Owner & Instructor
Miriam’s approach to yoga is rooted in connection to the body, the breath, and the present moment.
Through her own yoga journey, she discovered how powerful the practice can be for quieting the mind and creating space away from the distractions of everyday life. Yoga continues to inspire her curiosity about the connection between mind and body, and she enjoys sharing that exploration with others.
Her goal as a teacher is to create classes where students feel comfortable moving at their own pace, learning to listen to their bodies, and discovering what a yoga practice can offer them.
