Practice that will gradually build heat without moving fast. Some poses might be more challenging however we use various props and modifications to move closer towards the direction of the poses. Moderate pace.

Yoga nidra is designed to bring you back to yourself. We all possess deep inner wisdom and knowing, but often this part of us is dampened or drowned out completely in the busy and demanding world in which we live. This practice will help connect you with your inner guidance system - the place of inner strength, intuition, and deep knowing, so you can learn to live more deeply connected, embodied and aligned with who you truly are.
Functional Flexibility Yoga
Friday 8AM - 9AM
60 min Yoga class that will focus on slowly wakening up our body, increasing and creating greater range of motion. This is slow paced practice. Expect 15-20 min floor work, some standing poses and element of meditation.
Weekend Ready Yoga
Saturday 9:30AM - 11:AM
We will start with slow gentle movement, some restorative poses and close out the class with 15min Yoga Nidra.
