Tuesday 9AM -10:15AM
Classes begin with focus on Breath, then Stretches and movement to prepare for posture series, close with relaxation

Functional Strength Yoga
Wednesday 9AM - 10AM
Practice that will gradually build heat without moving fast. Some poses might be more challenging however we use various props and modifications to move closer towards the direction of the poses. Moderate pace.

Thursday 7AM - 8AM
 Start your day by synchronizing breath with movement to help awaken the body.

Functional Flexibility Yoga
Friday 8AM - 9AM
60 min Yoga class that will focus on slowly wakening up our body, increasing and creating greater range of motion. This is slow paced practice. Expect 15-20 min floor work, some standing poses and element of meditation.
