There is a Yoga practice for anyone, regardless of age, gender, health, body type or cultural background.

 

Connected Yoga Studio is located at 216 Joseph St. in Port Stanley (with entrance just off the Kettle Creek Inn parking lot). Where everyone is welcome to practice, explore, socialize, and meet other yogis.
